American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) - since 2007
Accreditation of American Association of Blood Banks for our labs in Poland, Hungary, Portugal and Spain ensures fullfiling the most stringent standards set for procedures related to cord blood banking. This ensures applying to the strictest quality standards established in the US and applicable throughout the world.
The 2019 audit will extend the validity of the accreditation for another two years.
European Association of Family Cord Blood Banks Certificate
PBKM was awarded the certificate of European Association of Family Cord Blood Banks as the only bank from Poland. Already in 2007 our service was evaluated as compliant with the standards determined by the organization associating family cord blood banks from several European countries.
9001 ISO Certificate – since 2004
In 2004 our Central Lab in Warsaw, Poland obtained certification of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 specific to the umbilical cord stem cell collection, storage and freezing procedures. The audit was conducted by Lloyd Register Quality Assurance.
Business Liability Certificate
PBKM, one of the FamiCord Group members has been honoured a Business Liability Certificate by the international audit company - Dun and Bradstreet. The certificate is being assigned to the companies, that are considered as reliable partners for clients and cooperators.
